The Spanish government brings the conclusions of the Commission for the Study of the Constituent Process to the Constitutional Court

Breaches:

The Spanish government asks the Constitutional Court to suspend and nullify the conclusions of the Commission for the Study of the Constituent Process (Resolution 263/XI) and to specify whether Carme Forcadell could have criminal liability. In an extraordinary plenary session of the Parliament called for that purpose on 1 August, the Constitutional Court agrees to hear the appeal, and the conclusions are suspended.
