Breaches:
The accused are Francesc Colomines and a citizen of Arenys de Munt, whom the Prosecutor’s Office requests a sentence of 14 years and 7 years and 9 months in prison respectively for crimes of public disturbance, attacking authority and causing injuries; and Èrik, whom the Prosecutor’s Office requests spend 3 years in prison for public disturbance and whom the private prosecution, represented by two Spanish police officers, requests spend 4 years in prison for attacking authority and causing injuries. The Prosecutor’s Office accuses the citizen of Arenys de Munt and Colomines of throwing stones at the police. Colomines, who spent almost three weeks in pre-trail detainment for these events, denounces suffering physical abuse during his arrest by the police.
