The Third Chamber of the Supreme Court dismisses the appeals of the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) against the resolutions of the Central Electoral Board that found that the manifesto rejecting the judgment against the 1 October leaders, passed by the staff of the UPF, and the manifesto signed by the rector of the UOC, violated the principle of neutrality.
