The Supreme Court convicts Nuet for a crime of disobedience

Breaches:

The former member of the Bureau of Parliament and member of Congress Joan Josep Nuet is sentenced for a crime of disobedience to pay 8,000 euros of disqualification and a 12,000 euro fine due to his role, when he was a member of the Bureau of Parliament in 2017, in the processing of the Laws on the Referendum and on the Legal Transition. Disqualification means that he loses his seat in Congress. Nuet appeals for protection before the Constitutional Court.
