Breaches:
The case is initiated in the Supreme Court upon referral from the High Court of Justice of Catalonia given Homs’ status as a member of Congress. Homs is accused of a crime of disobedience. The Supreme Court refuses to hear on the entire 9 November case, and the cases against Mas, Ortega and Rigau remain at the High Court of Justice of Catalonia.
