The Supreme Court sentences Francesc Homs to 13 months of disqualification from public office and a fine of 30,000 euros

Breaches:

Francesc Homs is convicted of disobedience for his role in the organising the 9 November consultation. Because he was judged directly by the Supreme Court, he cannot appeal the sentence to a higher authority, so the sentence is final. Homs submits an appeal for protection to the Constitutional Court. The fine will be paid with money from the Solidarity Fund.
