Breaches:
Examining Magistrate’s Court no. 13 of Barcelona agrees to hear a second complaint filed by VOX against Santiago Vidal in relation to his statements in conferences. The complaint is also targeted against the Secretary of Finance of the government of Catalonia, Lluís Salvadó, and the director of the Institute of Self-Governance Studies, Carles Viver Pi-Sunyer. This case will eventually be used to investigate the preparations for the referendum.
