Two activists who participated in the protests against the sentence of 1 October in Madrid are sentenced to one year and ten months in prison

Breaches:

A Madrid court sentences to 1 year and 10 months in prison two of the ‘Madrid Six’ who demonstrated in Plaza del Sol in support of Catalonia as part of the protests against the sentence of 1 October. The other four are acquitted. According to the demonstrators, the police had identified them on the day of the demonstration in a random and unjustified way and did not do anything against the neo-Nazi counter-demonstration that was taking place. They are convicted for crimes of causing injury, minor injuries and crimes against the fundamental rights.
