Breaches:
The mayor of Reus (PDeCAT) and three city councillors (PDeCAT and ERC) appear at a Reus court to give evidence after being investigated for a crime of inciting hatred for signing a manifesto against police violence during the 1 October referendum and asking for the withdrawal of the Spanish National Police force and the Civil Guard which had been posted in Catalonia. Two members of the CUP do not show up in court and evidence by a third CUP member is also postponed due to a clash in her lawyer’s schedule. The judge summons them again on 29 November, but none of them turn up to the hearing.
