Approved a amendment of the regulation of the Parliament of Catalonia to allow the single reading procedure

Breaches:

The Parliament approves an amendment of its regulations to allow the single reading procedure to process draft laws at the request of only two groups, instead of all, as the rules stood until then, with the aim of facilitating the approval of the legal transition law and avoid possible lawsuits against this procedure from the Constitutional Court.
