The official Twitter account of the HIgh Court of Justice of Catalonia publishes a tweet explaining that the proceedings being carried out by the Civil Guard are ‘judicial police proceedings’ and were not requested by the Examining Magistrate’s Court no. 13, although the subpoenas from the Civil Guard for the interrogations specify that they are part of the investigation ordered by this court.
