Breaches:
The High Court of Justice of Catalonia declares that it will not bring the vice-president of the Catalan Government Pere Aragonès under investigation for the alleged crime-of-disobedience for any involvement in the organising the 1 October referendum because the Examining Magistrate’s Court no. 13 of Barcelona he has not detailed what his role would have been as Minister of the Economy. However, the High Court of Justice of Catalonia confirms that it will be investigating ERC deputy and former Vice-President Minister Josep Maria Jové for embezzlement of public funds, crime-of-disobedience and disclosure of secrets, as requested by the 13th Magistrate’s Court.
