Breaches:
Examining Magistrate’s Court judge Carmen Lamela concludes the investigation against the head of the Mossos d’Esquadra for their action during the 20 September demonstration and 1 October referendum and transfers it to the National High Court’sCriminal Chamber to enable the trial to proceed. On 28 June, the Criminal Chamber confirms prosecution, thus dismissing the appeals made by the four against the interlocutory prosecution.
