Case against eight Arran members arrested in a protest at the Supreme Court is dismissed

The Examining Magistrate’s Court No. 11 of Madrid dismisses the case against eight Arran members for an alleged crime of public disturbance in connection with their attempt to chain themselves to the door of theSupreme Court to protest judicial repression in the context of the trial against the leaders of the 1 October referendum. The court argues that there is insufficient evidence to charge them with the crimes for which they are being investigated.
