Breaches:
The Civil Guard and the CNI arrest computer activist Joel Muñoz (Xelj on Twitter) at his home on the charges of cyber damage and disclosure of secrets in relation to computer attacks against government websites and services starting in October 2017. The officers search everything in front of Joel. The activist will spend two nights in custody at the Civil Guard headquarters in Tarragona. He reveals that the officers told him to tell them everything or they would arrest his parents and friends and take him before the National High Court.
