The President of Parliament Roger Torrent convenes the plenary session in order to discuss various motion for resolutions on the political situation, including a proposal by JxCAT on the restitution of the Catalan institutions that, inter alia, denounces President Carles Puigdemont’s destitution and stresses its commitment on restituting him. The Board declares the motion for resolution admissible. On 28 February, the Board declares admissible several amendments by the CUP that, inter alia, include the reafirmation of the declaration of independence.
