Breaches:
The Fourth Examining Magistrate’s Court of Figueres initiates proceedings in connection with the roadblocks, lasting over 30 hours, on the AP-7 and A-9 highways at the border between the Spanish and French states, called by the Tsunami Democràtic to protest the conviction of the leaders of the 1 October referendum. In July 2020, the court lifts the gag order on the case and summons 196 people to testify as defendants on charges ofpublic disturbances and causing aggravated damage. Testimony will begin in September 2020.
