Breaches:
A general strike to protest the start of the trial in the case against the leaders of the 1 October referendum is called by the Intersindical-CSC trade union. During the day of protest, the CDRs block several roads and highways, as well as train tracks. At the roadblock on the Eix Transversal in the town of Gurb, which lasts over five hours, some people are injured when the Mossos d’Esquadra charge against the protesters. The Mossos also arrest a young man from Calldetenes, Roger Aguayo, who is released the same day on charges.
