Breaches:
At the end of January 2018, the ‘Programa de Ana Rosa’ in Telecinco shared a private conversation between Carles Puigdemont and Toni Comín that had been obtained by secretly recording Comin’s screen. Now, the case has been referred to a criminal court after a lawsuit was filed. A journalist and cameraman from Telecinco are referred to a Belgian criminal court for criminal infringement of privacy and private communications.
