Youtube removes a video from Supreme Court judges recorded during the trial against the 1 October independence referendum leaders with a Lluís Llach song

El Mundo makes public a video, recorded and edited by the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court, which tried and sentenced the 1 October independence referendum leaders. The video depicts moment in between trial sessions. The video is edited with the song ‘Junts’, by Lluís Llach. Llach’s lawyers send a letter to the Supreme Court asking for an explanation, and reminding them that they need an explicit permission by the author, which they lack. The lawyers also send a notice to El Mundo. A few days later, they announce that Youtube has already removed the video.
