Operation Judas: the National High Court upholds the conclusion of pre-trial proceedings as decided by García-Castellón

In April 2023, Operation Judas pre-trial judge of Central Investigating Court number 6 Manuel García-Castellón had issued an order concluding pre-trial proceedings. García-Castellón issues the same order after he had tried to conclude said proceedings in October 2022. Nonetheless, the National High Court upholds the conclusion of investigating proceedings and confirms the commencement of pre-trial proceedings for the indicted. Alerta Solidària association denounces that access to parts of the investigation was partly granted. In addition, they assure that requests that they made after they were given access to parts of the investigation were rejected, since they were deemed as irrelevant and can be dealt with during the trial.
