Breaches:
Ivan Altimira, former CUP city councillor in the Barcelona district of Sant Andreu, and David Carmona, a member of the same party, are fined 4,600 and 700 euros, respectively, for a crime of resisting authority in connection with events that took place during a show of support for the 1 October referendum, held on 16 September 2017 in the Sagrera neighbourhood.
