Breaches:
The plenary session of the Constitutional Court overturns the creation of a commission of inquiry into the Spanish monarchy passed by theParliament of Catalonia on 7 March. The creation of the commission was a joint initiative of JxCat, ERC, En Comú-Podem and the CUP that the Spanish government challenged before the Constitutional Court. This is the third political resolution passed by the 12th Parliament of Catalonia to be overturned by the court.
