Breaches:
In response to a query from the Provincial Electoral Board of Barcelona, the Central Electoral Board establishes that the pro-independence leaders convicted by the Supreme Court cannot stand in the 10 November general elections and asks the provincial boards to establish a ‘very short timeframe’ for the parties to replace the disqualified candidates and for the full lists of candidates to be announced.
