Breaches:
CDR organise a blocking of the A-2 highway in Soses to protest against Carles Puigdemont’s arrest in Germany. The Mossos d’Esquadra repress, assault and, inter alia, smother fireman Joan Domènech and he’s unconscious for some minutes. Joan Domènech will spend months on medical leave. Domènech will file a lawsuit against the Mossos d’Esquadra for the crimes of tortures, injuries and the crime of failure in the duty to assist, but will be dismissed. Nonetheless, the Mossos d’Esquadra file a report against Domènech for the crimes of damages, disobedience and resisting authority.
