Clara Ponsatí, who had moved to Scotland to re-join the Chair of Economics at the University of Saint Andrews, turns herself in to a police station to make herself available to the courts in response to the new European Arrest Warrant issued by judge Pablo Llarena. On the same day, she appears before a judge who agrees to release her with precautionary measures while the European Arrest Warrant for her case is being processed.
