Breaches:
In Catalonia, only municipal elections are held and in lots of regions in Spain, also regional elections. There is a general victory of the PSC in towns in Catalonia. In Barcelona, Xavier Trias wins, in Girona the PSC and the CUP, in Tarragona the PSC and in Lleida, too. Despite Trias’ victory, Collboni (PSC) will reach an agreement with the Comuns party and PP and will be appointed mayor of Barcelona. On the day after the elections, Spanish President Pedro Sánchez calls a general election.
