Breaches:

In November 2022, the Supreme Court ordered the retrial of the 1 October independence referendum bureau for lack of impartiality of judges Jesús María Barrientos and Carlos Ramos. Now, three different High Court of Justice of Catalonia judges sentence them again. The High Court of Justice of Catalonia sentences Anna Simó, Lluís Guinó, Ramona Barrufet and Lluís Corominas again. They sentence them to lower sentences as compared to the first ones: 4 months of disqualification, a lower sentence as compared to the first one, of 20 months of disqualification and applies the mitigating circumstance of undue drawing out of proceedings. They are further sentenced to a fine of 1.200 euros, while the first sentence sentenced them to a fine of 30.000 euros.
