The trial against four protesters for their role in the demonstrations against the sentence of 1 October begins

Breaches:

One of them is Roger Albiol, a young man from the Terres de l’Ebre, for whom the public prosecution requests 4 years in prison and 10,000 euros fine for a crime of public disorders, even though he is not actually accused of breaking or throwing anything or hurting anyone. He was arrested with the other 3 defendants on 16 October 2019, during the demonstration against the 1 October sentence. For the other three defendants, the Public prosecution requests 7 years and a half in prison. On 16 June, Albiol and two other defendants are acquitted, but the fourth is sentenced to 4 years in prison.
