The Parliament approves the referendum to be held in the autumn of 2017, even if there is no agreement with the Spanish State (Resolution 306/XI). JxSí and CUP vote in favour, and CSQP abstain. The PSC, Cs and PP do not participate in the vote because they consider it ‘illegal’ because it contradicts the ruling on the resolution to start the independence process.
