In addition to asking the Constitutional Court to nullify the Parliament’s resolution, the Spanish government asks it to specify whether Carme Forcadell and the members of the Bureau who allowed the vote could have criminal liabilities. On 13 December, the court agrees to hear it and the resolution is suspended.
