Breaches:
Former minister Clara Ponsatí turns herself in to the Scottish police and is arrested in exeuction of the European Arrest Warrant issued by Supreme Court judge Pablo Llarena. On the same day, the judge in charge of the case releases her while the warrant is being processed.
