President Puigdemont reorganises the government to prepare to hold the referendum

This reorganisation by the president is precipitated by the dismissal of Enterprise minister Jordi Baiget on 4 July due to his doubts about holding the referendum. In addition to Baiget, other officials leaving the government include the Minister for the Presidency and spokesperson Neus Munté, who is replaced by Jordi Turull; Meritxell Ruiz, Minister of Education, replaced by Clara Ponsatí; and the Minister of the Interior, Jordi Jané, replaced by Joaquim Forn. On 4 July, Lluís Puig had already replaced Santi Vila to take over Baigets portfolio.
