The CUP self-incriminates in the Examining Magistrate’s Court No. 13

Breaches:

The CUP submits a letter accusing itself of being a necessary co-author and co-operator in the organisation of the referendum before the Examining Magistrate’s Court No. 13. On 19 July, the Court issued an interlocutory order denying the inclusion of the CUP in the investigations, claiming that it was not investigating the organisation of the referendum.
