Breaches:

The Criminal Court trying the second case of disobedience filed against Quim Torra for not removing a banner with a yellow ribbon from the balcony of the Palau de la Generalitat sets the trial date for March of the following year. Torra did not comply with the High Court of Justice of Catalonia’s order to remove it.
