Rajoy rejects Torra’s request to publish the appointment of ministers

Breaches:

The Ministry of the Presidency sends a letter to the government secretary stating that the decree appointing ministers will not be published, based on a report from the State Attorney’s Office. President Quim Torra signs a new appointment decree replacing Josep Rull, Jordi Turull, Toni Comín and Lluís Puig, and announces a complaint against Mariano Rajoy for prevarication. On 1 June, the appointment decree is published in the Official Gazette of the Government of Catalonia (DOGC) and the next day the government takes office, so the application of Article 155 is automatically lifted allowing the intervention of the Government of Catalonia.
