Breaches:
The ERC MP in the Catalan Parliament announces that he is moving to Switzerland due to the persecution suffered in the case of Tsunami Democràtic. Pre-trial proceedings are carried out by Manuel García Castellón in the Central Investigating Court number 6 of the National High Court, but his case, along with that of Carles Puigdemont, is currently being investigated in the Spanish Supreme Court by Susana Polo, since Wagensberg is an MP and Puigdemont and MEP. In April, Oleguer Serra, member of the Board of Òmnium Cultural, Jesús Rodríguez, journalist, and businessman Josep Campmajó, under investigation by Central Investigating Court number 6, announce they went into exile in Switzerland. Those investigated in the case are summoned to court on 22 May. Only Marta Molina (ERC) will appear before the judge.
