Breaches:
As part of the investigation into the organisation of the referendum, the Civil Guard inspects the headquarters of Unipost in Barcelona, Manresa, l’Hospitalet de Llobregat and Terrassa. In the latter, they find correspondence with the logo of the government of Catalonia that they suspect is related to the referendum and the Prosecutor ‘s Officeasks the Terrassa Police Court to authorise the seizure of the correspondence and the opening of an envelope. The Court authorises it and it is indeed the notifications for the members of the referendum polling stations. The Civil Guard announces that 45,000 notifications have been seized.
