The telecommunications operators Movistar and Vodafone, among others, block access to different websites related to the referendum, some of them hosted on foreign servers, by order of the Examining Magistrate’s Court no. 13 of Barcelona. The puntCAT Foundation also closes the ref1oct.cat website by court order.
