Breaches:
The outgoing president of the European Parliament, Antonio Tajani of the European People’s Party, sends a letter in response to Carles Puigdemont and Antoni Comín, stating that he cannot consider them MEPs because they do not appear as such in the notifications sent by the Central Electoral Board. Puigdemont and Comín appeal the Parliament’s refusal to recognise them as MEPs before the General Court of the European Union and call for precautionary measures so that they can attend the inaugural session of the European Parliament in Strasbourg on 2 July.
