Breaches:
The Second Chamber of the Supreme Court denies the requests presented by Jordi Turull, Dolors Bassa, Quim Forn, Josep Rull, Carme Forcadell, Jordi Sànchez and Jordi Cuixart for it to lift their preventive detention following the conclusion of the trial and in light of the opinion of the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention calling for for the release of Sànchez, Cuixart and Junqueras. The court instead signs off on their transfer to prisons in Catalonia. All of them, including Junqueras and Romeva, will be transferred to Catalonia starting on 24 June, with the men sent to Lledoners prison in Bages county, while Forcadell is sent to Mas Enric in Tarragonès county and Dolors Bassa to Puig de les Basses in Alt Empordà county.
