Breaches:
Pro-Spanish association Impulso Ciudadano, led by former Ciudadanos MPJosé Domingo, presents an appeal before the High Court of Justice of Catalonia against President Quim Torra’s decision to hang the banner with the yellow ribbon and the slogan ‘Free political prisoners and exiles’ from the front of the Palace of the Government of Catalonia again. It also calls for the banner be removed as a precautionary measure pending a ruling in the case.
