The Belgian justice system dismisses the exiles’ complaint against Llarena

Breaches:

The Brussels court of first instance before which Puigdemont, Ponsatí, Comín, Puig and Serret filed a complaint against Pablo Llarena, the investigating judge in the case against the leaders of the 1 October referendum, dismisses the exiles’ request. The court finds that it does not have the jurisdiction to investigate Llarena for his public statements, which Puigdemont and the ministers consider to have violated their presumption of innocence. The exiles file an appeal against the court’s decision.
