Breaches:
The Provincial Court of Barcelona partly revokes the decision of the Examining Magistrate’s Court no. 13 to close the case file and start a trial against 28 members and former members of the Catalan Government in relation to the organisation of 1 October referendum, but only to take their statement for some additional facts. Thus, the trial of this case, which has been open since March 2017, has not yet begun.
