Breaches:
Following two appeals from the PP, the Central Electoral Board calls for the Provincial Board of Barcelona to initiate disciplinary action against the Catalan Media Corporation for broadcasting the ‘Concert for the Freedom of the Political Prisoners’ on 2 December and the ‘Fill the Streets of Brussels’ demonstration on 7 December. As a result of these appeals, the Provincial Board had considered that the coverage violated the principle of impartiality in broadcasting but refused to initiate disciplinary action.
