Breaches:
After PSC and Ciudadanos’ complaints, the Central Electoral Board commences two new sanctions proceedings against President Torra; one for the institutional message in Sant Jordi’s day and another one for an email sent to the Catalan government’s employees on Catalonia’s National Day. PSC and Ciudadanos consider that Torra has violated neutrality in the course of the campaign for the general election.
