Breaches:
The Provincial Court of Barcelona rules that the Examining Magistrate Court No. 24 of Barcelona has the jurisdiction to conduct the preliminary investigation in the case against Tamara Carrasco for a crime of public disturbance, after both Court No. 24 and a court in Gavà declined jurisdiction. The defence team can finally request that the ban on Carrasco leaving her place of residence be lifted.
