Breaches:
PSOE wins by simple majority and for the first time VOX wins representation in the Spanish Parliament with 24 seats. ERC wins 15 seats in the Spanish Congress, followed by PSC (12 seats) and En Comú-Podem and JxCat (7 seats). ERC also wins the election to the Senate. Therefore, all 1 October leaders currently in prison running for election win seats: Junqueras, Sànchez, Turull and Rull to the Spanish Congress, and Romeva to the Senate, as well as the former member of the Bureau of the Parliament Joan Josep Nuet, with a cause pending before the High Court of Justice of Catalonia.
