Following the complaint presented by Ciudadanos, the Central Electoral Board orders Quim Torra to remove yellow ribbons, pro-independence flags, banners, and similar from buildings of theGovernment of Catalonia before 4 October at 3 pm, in light of the general elections. The government obeys the order, and the ribbons and banners are removed from its ministries and territorial delegations.
