Breaches:
Following Quim Torra’s failure to comply with the order to remove the banner with a yellow ribbon and the slogan ‘Free political prisoners and exiles’ from the balcony of the Palace of theGovernment of Catalonia, the High Court of Justice of Catalonia orders the Mossos d’Esquadra to remove it. Finally, two Government of Catalonia employees are the ones to remove the banner. The order of the High Court of Justice of Catalonia is a precautionary measure imposed following Impulso Ciudadano’s complaint against the banner.
